Our impact

Every £1 invested in The CAN returns £3 of verified community value.

We don't just track outputs. We track outcomes — for young people, for schools and for the practitioners who deliver in our network.

We built the infrastructure the sector was missing.

The CAN acts as a structural shield between schools and providers; absorbing the compliance, admin and fundraising weight so neither side has to carry it alone. Schools get funded programmes delivered by vetted, high-quality specialists. Providers get stable income and room to grow. Young people get consistent, trusted support.

Every delivery partner in our network is vetted to KCSIE standards: enhanced DBS, safeguarding certification, professional indemnity insurance, safer recruitment trails — all in place before anyone crosses your threshold. We handle multi-agency funding bids, bookings, timesheets and quality assurance. One relationship, not six.

How we measure it

Impact you can actually point to.

For young people

Attendance, attainment, wellbeing measures, qualitative outcome data and longitudinal tracking where programmes allow.

For schools

Reduction in safeguarding referrals, persistent absence trends, staff feedback on capacity and confidence.

For providers

Income stability, time spent on delivery vs admin, network growth and long-term contract conversion.

For funders

Verified SROI framework, transparent fund allocation and multi-agency impact reporting against agreed outcomes.

"This is the kind of infrastructure the sector has needed for years. The accountability model is exactly right."
